Great tailor! – I brought in my torn and beloved leather jacket to Jack thinking it possibly ruined beyond repair. His repair of it was amazing. No one will be ever to tell it was torn. Jack is warm, clear about what he will due, and a true artist. I'd recommend him to anybody.
Best tailor around! – I've known Jack for almost 20 years and have used his services many times over the years. I highly recommend him for any alterations; he's friendly and polite, and does exceptional work. His shop is in a good location at Porter Square on Mass. Ave. I also find that his prices are good.
Excellent Service – I am student at MIT, and I needed to have a suit tailored for a Formal. A professor recommended Jack, and I could not have been happier with the experience. Brought in the suit on Wednesday, discussed what I had in mind, and picked up the finished job on Saturday. I thought my suit looked good before. Best tailor in Cambridge – I've been going to Jack for all of my tailoring needs for the last five years. I went at the recommendation of a long-time Cambridge resident, and I've never regretted it once. Jack obviously knows his craft well, and he takes the time to explain everything that he's doing so that you're just as comfortable with his alterations as he is. All this, and he's a really good person as well.

Jack is great – I have brought in a number of pants, jackets, and suits to Jack and have been very happy with the work he has done. Jack has always clearly explained the alterations that he proposes and I never have felt pressured into a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Bottom line, Jack is not the cheapest tailor in the greater Boston area but he may very well be the best.
Fabulous service and fabulous work – I found Jack off of a citysearch review a few years ago and now he is "my guy" to whom I bring all of my alterations. (And at 5'1", I have a lot!)
Outstanding Denim Alterations! – I bring all my jeans to Jack. He knows the difference between 100% cotton jeans, stretch/cotton blends, jeans that will be washed & dried and jeans that can never shrink! He is an expert at sewing on the original bottom hem and is a master of determining the perfect length for wearing with flats or boots (just bring in your shoes). Jack is the only one I trust with altering my $200+ jeans!
amazing repair – I brought in an expensive leather jacket with a rip. I thought it was ruined, but Jack made a repair that was amazing. The tear was practically invisible.
