It's was great. Food was good, service also. Sat outside enjoyed the afternoon. Great memory.

Great place! Great drinks and food. A must visit if you are going to Eastern State.
Food was great,but don't pay with credit card. 30 min.after paying we had a manual charge on our card. Whoever stole our card # must not realize that not only did we only use the card at that restaurant for the day but we have great theft protection that instantly locked our card after the first illegal charge.
Excellent meal on Mother's Day at Jack's Firehouse overlooking the Eastern State Penitentiary. We had wonderful service from our fabulously professional waitress, Brittany. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the New England Clam Chowda w a Caesar Salad dressed up with some jumbo grilled shrimp (thanks for the suggestion, Brittany). Went to a wedding reception here last weekend and I couldn't believe what a fantastic job they did! The food was great, the bartenders fantastic and the servers were great! Owner was there the whole time overseeing the night and it was fabulous. Had a blast and would love to visit there again if I ever make it back to Philly.
Crab cake was one of the best I have ever had. Order it with the hot lava. Baltimore girl living crab cakes in Philly!
I had my rehearsal dinner here and couldn't be happier with that decision. The owner was such a pleasure to work with and always available to answer questions and help out night of dinner. The food was AMAZING for our rehearsal. We also did the special dinner event when you go across the street to Terror Behind the a Walls at Eastern State Penitentiary and had a blast there.
