Great atmosphere in this historic firehouse. The food is quite pricy and wasn't very good. The BBQ ribs were burnt and the fish and chips were soggy. The service was horrible.
Ian was a great serer and I was right, the 8 rower boat is "Eight sweep rowers with a coxswain. Eights are 60+ ft (~18.5 m) long and weigh about 250 pounds (~114 kg)."
Had a blast Saturday night! Food was amazing and the staff was super nice. I love the atmosphere, it's so warm and welcoming. Can't wait to come back!

So close to five stars! Gorgeous restaurant. Delicious breads (yes, multiple breads). But they overcooked my poached egg. Don't worry - I'm sure I'll be back to give you a second chance.
MY DAUGHTER AND SON IN LAW HAD THEIR WEDDING HERE IN APRIL. IT WAS AWESOME. THE OWNER AND THE STAFF WERE WONDERFUL TO ALL OF US. THEY COULDNT HAVE BEEN NICER OR MORE ATTENTIVE TO THE BRIDE AND GROOM AND ALL OF THIER GUESTS. THE FOOD AND DRINK WERE ALSO AMAZING. WHAT A GREAT MEMORY FOR OUR NEWLY WEDS!!!!
Atmosphere, staff, and food all amazing. Definitely go again if in Philly.
