Really pleased with our new oak stairs. Done to a high standard. He also fixed the loud creaking noise, it’s like having new stairs. Kirk was lovely and completed everything in the time he said he would. Would highly recommend.

A great company to deal with. Very friendly and efficient. Reasonably priced. We had our stairs done with glass panels and a steel handrail and a storage cupboard built on our landing. We have now decided to have some flooring done by Jack Stone.
Just had banisters fitted by Kirk who did a wonderful job. The service from start to finish was professional. All my queries and questions where responded to in a friendly and prompt manner, by Sherryl. My staircase looks lovely and I would reccommend this company to anyone.
Superb from start to finish Between Sherryl and Kirk,having a new staircase designed and installed in a 200+yr old house has been so much easier than we anticipated. Kirk provided the design and quotes very quickly and the installation went very smoothly. We now have a beautiful oak staircase,much sturdier and less steep than before with an excellent fit and finish. We would recommend Jack Stone Staircases to anyone wanting a custom designed and built staircase.
