On the 6th of April, we contacted your service for an emergency. A plumber was dispatched, but no invoice was provided. We have documentation indicating multiple calls made to your service on that day. After the plumber completed the work, it became evident that the issue was not fully resolved, as the pipe continued to leak, albeit to a lesser extent.We reported this immediately, but the issue persists. Awful service- wouldn’t even give it 1 star. The guy came to fix my sink at over £1000 but didn’t even turn on the tap to check afterwards. When I turned the tap on, water came pouring out all over the floor. I called several times over a couple of weeks to get them to fix it and was told the manager would call back. They never did. I asked to be put through to the manager and was refused. I asked for the details to make a complaint and was refused, in violation of all customer rights. Came very quickly and sorted out the problem - will now be my go to plumbing service! (not the numpties that fitted the valve upside down in the first place)
