I want to give a shout out to the Jack Kain Ford service department. My daughter is a student at UK. Her 2013 Ford Focus had an urgent engine alert pop up on her dash board on Saturday and her car stalled. She immediately took it to Jack Kain and dropped it off. Today they called with good news that her car had a recall on the transmission that we didn’t know about. They repaired it for her at no cost. Jack Kain was great. There was no pressure and no push from anyone to buy or get anything. They let us do it at our pace and Greg D. was the most caring and kind rep ever!
