I did an internet search for Quick lane hours and it said 9-7. So when I walked in at 5:45 and they said I was too late I was confused. I was told the sales department is open till 7 but service is only open to 6. I show him the search page that doesn't show a 6 closing time for service and even after telling him I drove 35 miles to get there I was still turned away. And to think I was going to inquire about a new vechile while I waited. I'll never be back but somehow I don't think they will care.
We recently had our F-150 in for service. We ended up with a rental (truck) for 2 1/2 days and eventually got our truck back, with most items solved satisfactorily. Very friendly service, but sometimes extremely slow. We purchased our truck from Kain Ford and are fairly satisfied with it, but it has had an electrical problem since day one. Thank you to Mike Flaugher for putting us in our 2015 Ford Taurus. We were there having our 2009 Ford Escape serviced and on a whim bought the Taurus, replacing a PT Cruiser. Great service and a fun atmosphere. Wonderful people. This is our fourth purchase from Jack Kain Ford, living up to a Ford family.
If you need your car serviced, do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. It took nearly 3 hours to get my oil changed -- and I had an appointment. I never even got an apology. Oh, and only days after getting the "works," my low tire pressure sensor (TPMS) lit up.
Very professional and friendly dealership without tricks and gimmicks. Patrick Proffitt found the perfect truck for me, and was great to work with.
