Absolute best dealership experience ever. The atmosphere was calm and there was no pressure to buy. The friendliness and kindness that everyone displayed didn't feel forced in order to make a sale, but very genuine. Nik is a wonderful salesman. Test drive to the final departure with our truck was easy and he made you feel like a friend. Definitely will be the 1st place I look for the next new car.
My husband and I had the best experience at Jack Kain Ford! Bradd Gray went out of his way (in the pouring rain) to help us! It was a no-pressure experience, and Bradd even kept our 5 year-old daughter interested and engaged, which made the situation even less stressful. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. My husband and I will drive straight to Jack Kain Ford when it's time to buy another vehicle!

Was in the market for a third vehicle. On our way to another lot we decided to stop here. We ended up purchasing a used vehicle from here less than a month ago. I understand it’s used and no warranty. We drove the vehicle everything seemed fine. No lights on or anything. After signing paperwork the vehicle was taken to be cleaned up. We left and noticed there were now 2-3 lights on. A week later is when the trouble started. We have put brakes and rotors on the vehicle.
