The level of consideration and assistance I received from the team at Kain Ford, especially Vitaliy, the Parts Manager, could not have been better. Because a part could not be delivered to Kain Ford due to a power outage affecting a large area, I was unable to install the part on my mother’s car. When I walked in Mr. Jack Kain greeted me and asked if I needed help. Bradd Gray was my salesman, no pressure at all. No haggling prices. Asked if I wanted any water or drinks or snacks. Some of the other salesman made small talk with me and the used car manager, Matt, was very friendly and talked to you like a friend and not just because you were buying a vehicle from them.
