Order wrong. Soggy taco. Sad. I heard such great things. Service was pleasant but like I said drive thru order inncottect. Hitting the local Mexican place instead
This used to be the best Jacks I'd ever been too. The food was always hot and your order was always correct. The last few times I've been, my food hasn't been hot and no cheese on my Spicy Chicken and No sauce on my tacos!!!! I don't know what it is with the Jacks in Indiana but no of them know to put sauce on the freakn tacos!!!!
The employees are the best part of JIB!!! That and the Diet Dr. Peppers! Focus on your positives and help them heal any negatives!!!
Curtis was awesome and hooked up my spicy craving when they were out of all the other items i ordered.
Regular soda in the freestyle machines was out. Food tasted nasty. I should have listened to my daughter when she said she didn't want to come here, but with me not being from the area and I never had it before, I really wanted to try it.
