I just leased a 2018 Tiguan from Jack Daniels, and the experience was absolutely great from start to finish. Went in for my very first Brand New car and the experience from the receptionist desk all the way through to the finance department was nothing short of exceptional! Dealt with Doug Y which was an absolute pleasure. I told him what I wanted and he delivered. The price breakdown and monthly payments (leasing to buy) were thoroughly explained. I bought my car at East Coast Auto. When I tried to drop it off for a 10k oil change East Coast was gone. I called Jack Daniels and they waited until I arrived, took the car, honored my VW deal from East Coast, and did a lovely job cleaning my car. I went back today for a 20k oil change and safety inspection. I was treated to coffee and bagels while waiting. Amazing. I'm a lifetime customer!!! With a very clean car ;-)

I came in for a new tire on my warranty .. they were courteous and quick. They even washed and vacuumed my car
I've been going to Jack Daniel for many years and they always make me feel comfortable and important. They are very patient with me and take time to explain the problem and potential issues with my car. This is the only dealership that I have no worries that they will take advantage of me as a woman.
