The most unreliable and unprofessional service department I've ever dealt with, wanted to charge me over $3500 for a problem that could've been fixed through the instrument cluster and spent over 40 hours (1 month) to diagnose an exhaust leak.... not to mention the fact that I brought it back for that same issue TEN (10) times to always get the car back after 2 weeks with the same problem. Ridiculous, spent too much time and money at a "professional" service department.

I was very impressed with all the employees I interacted with Cameron my sales person, Greg the sales manager and Justin finance manager. They cant be trusted to live up to promises made. I live in Buffalo, NY and was looking on the internet for a used 2015 Audi A8L 4.0T. Jack Daniels VW just got one in and it only had 14k miles.
