I bought my first VW at Open Road VW in Brooklyn. The dealership, service, parts were fantastic and I had over 6 years of great certified service. I upgraded from a 2007 VW Jetta to a 2014 VW Eos. I bought this used VW from Jack Daniels. I thought because I bought it from a VW dealership, it was VW certified, but I've found out in the past week that it's not. They collected my CC info so I could secure a deposit on a car I've been looking for all over the region and that I could check out for myself .. they call me the day of my appointment to tell me THEY SOLD THE CAR??? Hello, what THE HELL IS A DEPOSIT FOR THEN? Total waste of my time and WOULD NOT deal with them in the future.
