Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with. On day of removal, they arrived late at 10am with only one out of the 3 people quoted (and paid) for. My husband and I had to remove the majority of items ourselves up and down the two flights of stairs until a second person arrived an hour later. By this point we were running behind to get out on time so we had to continue loading the van with the two men. Left the property about 1:30/2pm. The most respectful removal team ever, Craig, Dan and another lovely guy ,but cant remember his name, so caring, and made my mother in laws removal look effortlessly, even though it was 30 degrees, and they had to carry her whole house down 3 floors of stairs,as no lift, nothing was to much trouble for them, they didn't moan once, and off loaded all the stuff at the new house, absolutely brilliant team and would recommend them to anyone
