The JW Windsor installers were courteous, efficient, neat and thorough. The new heat pump and condenser coil was installed and checked out in less than three hours - just as they had estimated. I could not be more pleased with the value of their products and services.
I thought the technician was very knowledgeable and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Besides correcting my air condition problem, I added duct work and the replacement of a standard circuit card.
it pains me that I have to write this review because things started out so well. they were responsive in getting our fried system replaced ASAP. Since the old unit was damaged by a power surge my insurance wanted to inspect the old unit; however since it was early July we needed to replace immediately to beat the heat. We discussed this with John (the installer, not owner) and he said it wouldn't be a problem, just to let them know once insurance had completedone their inspection they would send someone back for the old unit... read more
