Responded within seconds of the home advisor request. Showed up on time and corrected the issue. Walked me through the issue and troubleshooting and through the corrective action. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Very polite and professional.
Great repairman and it was an easy fix. Beware though, the service call just to show up was $75. The part replaced was a $16 part and my total bill was almost $180. That’s business when you don’t know how to repair a home A/C though.
J.W. Windsor has been taking care of our heating and air needs for years. They are generally very responsive and take care of things in a timely matter. We had a 15 yo furnace replaced a few years ago, and this year our original heat pump went. J.W.'s guys took care of us both times. We will continue to use them for value and customer service.
Quick, and job well done I will use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
John fixed our issue in record time, was extremely responsive, helpful and prices were very reasonable.
