The tech was very knowledgable, and took the time to explain step by step what he was doing and why. They checked over their work before leaving. Very polite. And very reasonably priced.

This company is absolutely fabulous! They were punctual, which is very considerate because I have things to do and don't like to wait ALL DAY for service AND they fixed my in less than 15 minutes! Very professional, very affordable and extremely knowledgeable...I recommend J.W. Windsor Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. highly and I WILL be using them again in the near future.
Amazing service and such a great company. Understood my problems with health and made adjustents to come same night to ensure things werror taken care of. He did the work quickly and it did not cost a fortune and I could kiss him for that. And my dogs are so appreciative as well. Thank you!

Very good service
I hired J.W. Windsor to fix my central AC unit for my main floor. I was pretty sure it was my compressor. J.W. confirmed that but said that I could only get a year warranty on a compressor. That I would be better off replacing the entire unit for a bit more for a ten year warranty on parts and 2 years on labor. They turned around the work in just two days. They were very thorough in their work, respectful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
In stalled new Carrier heat pump and air handler. Good price, excellent customer service. Courteous, clean, quiet and they got job done quick. You can't go wrong with J.W. Windsor...
Great local company. Install crew was top notch and very professional they took time to explain how to operate the new system maximize efficiency. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in the market for replacement of their HVAC unit
