Once I chose the system I preferred, the project manager(J. W. Winston) explained the how the system would be replaced. He answered all questions to my satisfaction and even told us about any rebates associated with the system. All & all it was a very good experience. He gets my vote for professionalism, good time management & being very courteous.

Very professional and timely service
I called them to set up an appoitment. They told me it would be $75 just to look at my air conditioner and determine the problem.All I wanted them to do is determine what the problem was, so I can fix it later. They came out and repaired it and didn't even mention what was being done. They ended up saying it was going to be $375. I called a manager and told him what the problem was. They did not use HomeAdvisor for this repair call. We were contacted to repair a non-working air conditioner on a 90+ degree day and provided same-day service. We quoted the rate, his wife approved the 2.5+ hour repair, signed the invoice and paid the bill when done ($300 including parts). Later in day, he called saying he didn't want to pay the bill for work performed and was out of town. We gave option to return to house and remove parts and refund monies, but she refused to allow us to resolve. Left unit repaired and... read more

My only disappointment was that the receipt was not itemized.
My air conditioning system upstairs was not blowing cold air, and the temperature both outside and upstairs was 90 degrees. I received a call from John stating that he could come the next morning and I was grateful. He called me back a few hours later and said he could fit me in the same day. He was informative, pleasant, efficient and extremely professional, and fixed my cooling problem quickly. I will recommend this company to my friends and family. Honest and hard working. Assessed our actual HVAC needs before recommending our two replacement units. Very knowledgeable and polite team of employees. Answered all our questions and kept a very neat work area. Very prompt and straight-forward in attending to the project.
