The contractor from the start was professional and very knowledgeable.
I live in Illinois but needed work done on my townhouse in Waldorf. I had three other Contractors who didn't come close to the best estimate, correct explanation of the problem, courteous and professionalism that John and his team exhibited. I am going to keep them in my contact list for future heating & a/c needs.
J.W. Windsor came out to our home on May 28th to observe our issue with an upstairs AC unit. They replaced the unit on May 30th. The new unit is energy efficient and produces very cold air. LOVE IT! The service provided exceeded our expectations. Mr. Windsor's quotes for the new AC unit beat out all others. I really feel like we got a real bargain. His workers cleaned the area so well that by the time I got home from work, I couldn't tell that someone had been in the home to do an install.
Found them through HomeAdvisor. I needed to have the capacitor replaced on my outside AC unit. They were very responsive, quick to my home, quick on the repair, and reasonable with the repair cost. They're on my list for future HVAC issues. Contractor that had earlier provided diagnostic was very slow on response, estimated completion date for repair, and repair costs. This went on for 5 days. J.W. Windsor responded and completed the repair within 90 minutes of initial contact.
JWW called moments after i made the request to HomeAdvisor and arrived 20 minutes after the call. Excellent. He quickly found the outdoor switch had been removed due to an unrelated project. Had I known to check, I could have gotten the AC working myself in 10 seconds. While he was here he checked everything else, cleaned the outdoor units, and replace a burned component. JWW was quick, efficient, and professional.
