I contacted this company when after MANY attempts to reach a former HVAC person, this one promptly contacted me as I was visiting your website. Not only did he come for SAME DAY service, he also arrived when he had promised, and called from his prior stop to indicate that he was on the way to my home. He also took the time to visually show and explain what was causing the problem with my heat pump, which the former HVAC guy NEVER did.

My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. I requested help from service majic and John from J W Windsor responded.John responded to me on Saturday morning after the storm. He came out and informed me that he could fix my system after about an hour work was done and after a day and night of 98+ degrees inside my home the house started to cool down. John was very professional and explained what he was doing and what I needed to do for future maintance. Thank you service magic and JW Windsor.
