John gave us a very reasonable quote as well as a breakdown of everything the job would entail. Mike and the installation crew were very professional and did an excellent job with the install. They left my garage cleaner than it was when they started. I would recommend JW Windsor to anyone. Top notch job!
John Windsor did a great job, and had the best rates. We had 6 estimates, and he was the most professional, had the same Carrier equipment and was able to explain everything and didn't try to "up-sell" us on something we didn't need. He personally warranties the labor and parts for an extra year and is a top-notch professional. I highly recommend him, especially for any work in the Dunkirk/Chesapeake Beach, MD area.

Very professional, but at the same time very down to earth. Hired to do install for upper and lower HVAC units. Workers were very quiet, cleanly and respectful. Never knew they were even in the house. John is very honest and trustworthy. Can never go wrong with these guys!

Called in service request on a Monday, and it was determined that the Heating and AC unit needed to be replaced. By Friday, I had a new Carrier unit installed in my home.
