The entire J.W. Windsor experience was excellent. I did extensive research on heat pump systems, and received nine quotes before I made my decision to go with this HVAC company. I received immediate personal response from Mr. Windsor. His price quote for an new Air Conditioning unit was fair and reasonable. Compared to a company we have been using for 5 years previously. His staff had the work completed within 2 days. Quite a turn around for 90 degree weather. We were offered a top of the line AC unit and are very pleased with its performance. We plan on using J.W. I really liked everything about my experience with J.W.Windsor Heating and A/C Inc. I recieved a phone call with in seconds of filling out my sercivemagic. John was a great help. I would recommend his Co. They were fast and most helpful with all of my HAV needs. He made my night mare of not having A/C bareable.
They were able to meet our schedule for an estimate and extroidinarily were able to install a unit immediately as promised despite temps being over 100 that week.
