Extremely quick response to Servicemagic inquiry. Had a very reasonable formal bid to me the same day. Once giver the job John and his crew showed up exactly at the time promised and, despite inclement weather, completed the job at the time he originally predicted. The crew was professional, polite and very careful to not soil or damage anything. What more can you say? I highly recommend J.W. Windsor.
My experience with JW was excellent to say the least. They were proffessional and knowledgeable and i felt like they were thier to help fix the problem no matter what it took. Two other companies wanted to talk financing new equiptment before even knowing what the problem was, where JW wanted heat in my house keeping me in mind not my wallet.
