Simon and the team at JW Carpets were excellent from start to finish. They have a great selection of carpets and we were particularly impressed with the herringbone options. We had a fairly tricky job with a circular staircase that required a custom templated border, but they handled it brilliantly. The finish is spot on and looks fantastic. Service was exceptional throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, communication was great. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend!
Had LVT flooring fitted throughout the hallway, family room and downstairs bathroom. Fab service from Simon and the fitters. Stress free process from choosing our colours from the samples to them coming to fit. The lads worked so hard over the few days they were fitting the floor and ensured it was fit to an absolute faultless standard. More than happy with the whole service and would highly recommend to others. We’ve had lots of compliments on how good it looks and I love it.
We purchased vinyl roll flooring, carpets and LVT for multiple rooms, throughout pretty much the whole house from Simon at JW Carpets. The quality of the products, customer service and installation has been excellent. Would definitely recommend them .

Absolutely 5* service from a great couple of lads. Simon is really helpful and is brilliant at meeting your carpet needs within a fantastic budget. Nick, is also fantastic at laying the carpet, manages his time well and completes to a high standard. Would really recommend this local shop.
