Replacement of Flat roof and shingled roof Competitive price, excellent service, very good communication throughout and no surprises. I highly recommended John and his team.
Excellent Experience John identified the source of a leak as the flashing around our chimney and plumbing stacks. Since the shingles also needed to be replaced, we opted to have the entire slope reshingled. They also removed the chimney stack, since it was not being used and was in poor shape, and installed three new vents. They were reasonable priced, pleasant to deal with, and left everything tidy after they were done.
Above and beyond expectations I must say what a pleasure it is dealing with John as a contractor. His team 5 years ago was cheerful and responsible in redoing the shingles on our roofs. This week he went really went the extra mile popping by and dealing with my clogged downspout (even gave me a mini lesson on how to cope in the future without needing help). So glad someone recommended him to me , now I'm paying that forward for anyone seeking a great service company. Helen
Shingle Roof Replacement I am extremely happy with the work done by J Stewart Roofing. John came to my house to discuss options and submitted a quote the next day. The team that performed the work was very professional and conscientious. They protected the property from any damage from falling debris and they cleaned up so well after that I couldn't tell that they were here at all. Removed snow and ice from roof We decided to remove three large ice dams from our roof after the last big snow/ice storm. We were concerned about water leaking into the house and so had a very transparent and informative conversation with the owner John. He talked us through his honest risk assessment and sent over a team the following day. They were fast, respectful and thorough (from what we could see) and we have had no issues with water leaks since. replaced roof, dormer siding and fascia John and his company are professional, competent and reliable. This was a more complex job than usual as the roof had 2 layers of shingles and the 3 dormers had 4 layers of roofing on the base of them. The project took 5 days and each day the team did excellent clean up. John spoke with us every day about what they were working on and what the next steps were. Roof replacement/repair Highly recommend. John was great at explaining what work needed to be done and gave us the best of three quotes on the repair. The repair was done quickly and professionally and we are very happy with both the customer service and quality of work.
New shingles made easy I am terrified of heights & would never go on the roof. But when I saw my shingles looking like the edge of lasagna noodles from the ground, even I knew that can’t be good. New Roof & Skylight We needed our roof to be reshingled and to replace our skylight, gutters and add gutter guards. John was recommended to us by our neighbours who had used this company for over 15 years. John came to our house to do an assessment, answer any questions and give us an estimate.
