Roofing I recommend J. Stewart Roofing for the following reasons. The supervisor John provided photos of the roofs condition when he gave the estimate. He answered emails promptly and oversaw the work daily. The 3 workers were careful about flower beds and did a thorough job cleaning up each day. Work was completed in 2 days.

New flat roof We loved working with John and his team because they were so knowledgeable and really gained our trust. As first time home owners, we had lots of questions that John helped us through. 3rd storey -Flat Roof + Multiple old layers removed John gave me an estimate which included photos of my roof and another he did next door 10 years ago...looked new. Also pictures of the procedures he was to remove multiple layers of old shingles foolishly piled onto one another over the years before we purchased. This job was done 3days. Great Roofing and Customer Service for over 20 Years J Stewart replaced our roof 20 years ago. We had a leak in a door transom to roof connection recently. John came several times to find the leak and then fixed it. Even though the company doesnt do slate he repaired some of our old slate roof tiles too. He is honest, responsive, looks after his customers for years and has a great crew. Best value and best customer service ever!!
new roof We have dealt with John and J. Stewart roofing twice. In 2014 they replaced our rear shingles and completed a flat roof application on our sunroom. They returned in 2022 to replace our front roof. John is easy to deal with and answered all our questions. He was the only roofer who came to give us a quote that actually went on our roof. New Roof I requested quotes from 2 companies for a new roof and selected J. Stewart Roofing Ltd for the following reasons: 1. prompt response from John the owner who climbed the roof and gave me a comprehensive report with pictures of the current condition. He followed up with a detailed quote 24 hrs later. Most roofing estimators don't climb the roof when preparing their quote. 2. J. Roof and gutter repair and replaced John and his crew did the entire roof and gutters on our older model home this past summer. Very professional, very reasonable to communicate with. Photos of the job taken before and after the job was done. It was also explained in detail exactly what was to be done. He was very accommodating and addressed any issues we had.
