Installation of a new Roof We have just completed our once every twenty years or so project.... a new roof ! J. Stewart Roofing was recommended to us by neighbours and we were very pleased with the final result. John's team was very professional, friendly, quiet and worked very diligently. The clean-up at the end of each day was excellent and left the driveway and all working areas very clean. We would certainly recommend John and his team, all of whom were a pleasure to deal with, to anyone requiring a new roof.

Responsible and trustworthy John and his crew are wonderful to work with. They are efficient, responsible and dependable. Many of my friends have used him, they all recommended him to me, so there is definitely a good referral rating for him. Questions were accepted and answered without any hesitation, which made me feel comfortable with letting him take care of all my roofing needs. I Highly recommend.

New shingles and flat roof J. Stewart Roofing was friendly and professional. His employees were very diligent, took few breaks and worked more than a full day every day. The job took 3 days, which is what we were told it would. The owner came to help on the last day. He worked along side his crew and made sure all was done as promised. If you have any roofing needs by all means call him. He does excellent work!

Re-shingled complicated roof in the Beach Couldn't be happier with the service provided by James and his team. Extremely professional, neat and very aware of and careful with the impact to our neighbours (our houses are so close together that they needed to access by both neighbours properties). My neighbours concerns were addressed and they had no complaints about how the crew conducted themselves or how their properties were left. That to me was gold. Servicing of roof John and his team installed an excellent EnergyStar roof on our 1910 Riverdale house several years ago. Thanks to the new roof's low emissive rating, our attic cooled accordingly during the summer compered with our old roof. However, on two occasions over the past year shingles came loose on one dormer. I called John both times, and he showed up with a long ladder and reattached the shingles, no questions asked. Quality job. This was definitely a unique job - tight location, very tall house (over 40 feet) , flat roof, extra large skylight & no ladder access from street . It needed some unique solutions including a crane to lift materials. John took the time to consider the multitude of requirements before submitting a quote. New roof for house, detached garage and garden shed I sent an email to John and he was very responsive. He made arrangements to come by and assess the job. He reviewed the materials he would use with us and left us with some shingle samples. We needed to have some repair work done prior to the shingling. Once that was complete, he quickly arranged for his crew to come out and shingle our house, detached garage and garden shed. The crew and bin arrived promptly at 8am.
