Dr. Mendius is kind, supportive, wise, insightful and responsive. He partners with you and listens carefully. I trust him explicitly. He has a vast knowledge about medications and quickly caught problems caused by other prescriptions I was taking. He explained what I could do to manage my situation. He walked in the first appt with a diagnosis in his mind. Didn’t run any tests or do an exam. Sent a referral that was sent back and would not respond to me or my PC. Delayed the referral my PC had to send by months because he wouldn’t write up notes from the appt.
I saw Dr. Mendius yesterday. After our visit, he researched my condition, and having found a relevant article, he called this morning to discuss it with me. He will be sending me the article with the most relevant section highlighted. Here is a doctor who really cares about individual patients and strives to help to a remarkable level.
In regards to Mendius's staff ( Stacy), she is rude and dismissive.
I couldn’t be more pleased with Neurologist Dr. Mendius. He is a migraine expert and has helped me to cut my number of migraines per month in half. He listens, he is professional and caring. His staff is top notch also. I highly recommend!
