Terible experience. Terrible customer service. You spend thousands of pounds on firniture item and then wait way more than what is advertised on the website and then their chosen courier company leaves expensive items in the middle of the road refusing to even bring them inside the house let alone assembly. I bought 1200 pounds worth of marble dining table. The site claims that it would be delivered it in 4 to 10 days and I waited more than 3 weeks with no notification,no updates no information on delivery and then suddenly ... read more
