Excellent customer service! I called the garage in a panic earlier as had a flat tyre and still had to drive 60 miles to get home. I spoke to Jenna from the garage and she was so kind & helpful, reassuring me that they could hopefully help and they could see me right away- my tyre was promptly fixed & the problem explained to me. Jenna was so friendly & I was very grateful to her for accommodating me & sending me on my way safely, with a fixed tyre! Thank you!
Excellent service, helped me get back on the road very quickly when I broke down as a tourist to the area in a motorhome. Fantastic!
I have to say I was disappointed. We paid £429 for the service and repairs that they didn't do. Just topped up the washing fluid and sent us back to the dealer. No to mention rubbish left in my car.
