Jessica supposedly manage my house as an AirBnb. Such an appalling service. She would rarely answer her phone or respond to my messages especially if I had a complaint. The property had a serious rubbish problem because the people she employed could or would not sort the rubbish in the Wheelie bins, There were times when the cleaning was not done properly and damage cause by previous guests had not been fixed before new guests arrived.
