Never had a bad experience at J Pauley. On my last oil change appointment I told the service department that my air conditioner blower was occasionally making noise. They checked it and found no issues but replaced it anyway while I was still under warranty. Good service and good people.
Your service takes way too long , even the ones with appointment were having to wait over an hour for oil change , walk-in should not go ahead of appointment
