I do not recommend taking your car to their service center. I came to them with an A/C problem that had already been investigated by other shops (both of whom had done so for free, by the way), I told them previous shops had established that my compressor wasn't working, and that further diagnostics were needed to know if it was a bad compressor, or merely an electrical problem or whatever.
