great service department
We bought our 2020 Toyota Highlander from Fowler Toyota in Tulsa OK. We were playing in a tournament in Alma AR and on the way here all the warning lights on the car went off. We were very concerned and called J Pauley Toyota and they had us call roadside assistance that is included with our new car. They towed it from Alma to FT Smith AR where J Pauley is located. Service Dept is spot on. I bought my vehicle in Tulsa, but wouldn’t hesitate to buy from J Pauley Toyota, especially knowing how they will help me maintain my vehicle.
When I took my truck in to get it serviced they had all the service done including the wiring harness that was extra because of a recall and it was done in probably 45 minutes to an hour excellent excellent I’m very impressed very polite people to deal with. And it was all covered under my warranty I love Toyota that dealership will always have my business
The visit was made very pleasant, even in the pandemic, by the friendly staff. The progress of my vehicle was consistent and timely.
The whole process from the test drive with the salesman, Adam Robertson, to taking ownership of a new 2020 Toyota Highlander was a breeze. I would highly recommend J. Pauley for any one in the market for a vehicle.
