Had my car serviced for the first time today as it was tim for my first oil change and tire rotation... . I must say I was VERY IMPRESSED!! Several masked workers help me find the correct spot to get serviced. I would like to say Chad made sure all my requests were met!! I stayed in my car till my turn, then went in their large, social distanced spaced waiting room with many TVs and a welcoming fireplace where I sat❤️

Bill King in service was so nice and helpful.
Most of the time I can depend on J Pauley to be good about giving me the cost of any repair before it is done and explain what will be done. However this time for the first time this did not happen. I was told the cost would be $150, but it ended up costing $288. I was not happy but it is what it is.
Service, price willingness to listen and help.
It was fast and easy and they were very pleasant.
