Had a blemish in the paint when I purchased a new 2020 Tacoma back in June 2020 and was promised a tailgate extender as compensation because the blemish could not be completely removed. I agreed. After many visits and phone calls to the dealership, the manager has yet to get me what they promised. We are into October of 2020 and still they haven’t kept their promise.
