RecommendedAirbag recall on my Toyota. Pat was ordered & in stock in a day. Appointment scheduled on the 2nd day and installed in about an hour & a half. Can't ask for better service

Excellent service department...however the salespeople on the floor don't seem too motivated. The last three times I've been on the showroom floor nary a sole asked if they could help me.
Clean facility, courteous staff. They were able to schedule my appointment without much delay and work was completed within the timeframe I was told to expect.

J Pauley is slightly closer to me than driving to Fayetteville, AR., but, I like the setup at J Pauley better. There are desks, pick a line, and wait your turn, it’s simple. At FYV, you have to wait by your vehicle till someone decides they want to wait on you. It doesn’t always work out well, and it seems disorganized. Chad Brooks, and Kale Simmons(sp), at J Pauley are both very attentive to helping any waiting customers, and very friendly. We purchased my husbands new Tacoma last year from J. Pauley and had such a great experience we decided to come back for my Jeep! Adam was our salesman and he was awesome.
