I’ve only got great things to say about the service received. Tess Tebbey was fantastic, went over and beyond with helping solve queries in the process of selling the property they managed the freehold of. A lot of management companies get a lot of bad feedback and honestly can’t say that about Tess and the supporting team. Keep up the great work!
Response time to many queries were very slow, although when I found 1 person I was highly delighted. Her name is Tess Tebbey and she couldn't do enough to help me. She responded immediately to all my questions and was extremely professional. Whatever she is being paid is not enough. I cannot praise her highly enough. Thank you Tess.
