Very poor service. The buzzer system for our flat has not been working for more than 2 months. I have called up four times and have not had any response back. Each time I’ve called up , there has been a new person dealing with it and they don’t seem to have a log of what has happened and I have to give the same info again. I’ve spoken to Faye , Alex and most recently to Emma. Alan and Emma are absolutely amazing. They are so professional yet understanding and helpful with any issues. It’s really made me feel safe and comfortable residing in a building managed by them. Their response and communication is so prompt and always puts me at ease. They have processes and procedures as every company does however they have an understanding and empathic approach to extenuating circumstances.
I had a problem in my kitchen where a horrible scent was coming from the kitchen sink. I reported the problem to J.Nicholson. They responded immediately and sent a specialist team member out within less than 24 hours to sort the problem. The team member was super helpful, respectful, professional and polite. Thank you J. J Nicholson & Sons have been managing my property for over 30 years and every interaction with them is characterised with blatant lack of engagement, no response, no action, negligence along with a total breach of their professional duties as property managers. My current issue has been ongoing for 24 months. I have now instigated the complaint procedure with both the First-tier Tribunal, and The Association of Residential Managing Agents, RICS.
