The diverter valve in our boiler failed, leaving us without hot water. He diagnosed it quickly, sourced the right part, and got it fixed the same day. Very efficient and clearly experienced. Would definitely use him again!

The engineer knew the boiler inside out, figured out the issue straight away, and had it fixed in no time. He even reset everything and made sure it was running properly before he left. Super professional, but also just a sound bloke, easy to talk to and explained everything clearly.

Quick to respond, turned up when they said they would, and got straight to the problem. Turns out it was a faulty valve, which they replaced there and then. Heating was back on within a couple of hours. Super polite, tidy, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.

They managed to squeeze me in the same day, turned up on time, and got straight to it. The engineer quickly found the problem (a dodgy valve), explained what had gone wrong, and had it all fixed within a couple of hours. No messing about, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
