We needed a new boiler and looked around for a plumber who really knew his trade. John provided the best quote and was prepared to engage, yet didn't give us any sales talk. When it came to installation he didn't cut any corners - our house is solid brick with a lath and plaster inner, and there's quite a big void between the lath and the wall.
