Joe did some work for us which was incomplete and the finish was terrible. Slabs are a trip hazard and the concrete block he did for an out house is un-even and not lined up straight. He told us before he left that he would be back to finish off the work, which he hasn't. Unfortunately we did pay him as it was dark when he finished and we had not seen it properly, which is our fault. Tried calling and sending messages to Jo numerous times. He has now blocked me.
