Just really bad service all round. 2 different people dealt with my daughter case, I had to repeat the same info over and over again despite it being all in email threads, statements and reports at the end they still messed up my daughter case ones they notice that they drop her case. Totally waste of time 15+ months of drawn out correspondence. The entire process was just frustrating. I definitely suggest you guys to finding another company if you want to make any claim. Don't use this firm if your legal issue is related to allergies. I contacted them after nearly dying after eating out at a restaurant. It was an open and shut case, the restaurant admitted liability, I'd made them aware of my allergy and it was their mistake. The law firm call centre operative assured me my case would be taken on.
