Couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. James took his time to thoroughly assess my concerns and explained everything clearly. Even after the surgery he expressed that if I had any concerns to message him or pop in with any questions and he’d find the time to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being and are passionate about what they do. I would recommend them to anyone!
I can’t recommend James at JET Podiatry in Southsea highly enough. From the very first appointment, he took the time to listen and truly understand what I needed. His care and attention throughout the treatment process were outstanding, ensuring that everything was done properly for a successful recovery. The follow-up and aftercare were excellent, and I always felt supported every step of the way. Thanks to James, I am now completely pain free—I only wish I had seen him years ago.
I had an ingrowing toe nail causing pain. Having read so many positive reviews about the services at J E T, I got in touch and met with James who explained my options and carried out a total nail avulsion. From start to finish I felt very safe and cared for by James who explained the procedure and aftercare involved. The process was straight forward including post-surgery visits and the option to contact James in between appointments. Thank you James - job done and happy toe!
A great service. I have had problems with a sore toe for a couple of years. I contacted J E T Podiatry and made an appointment with James. On examination he identified the problem as a sunken nail bed and this would require a minor procedure to correct. James booked me in for the procedure and explained what would happen during and after. There was minimal pain with the local anaesthetic and everything went well. Excellent advise on foot care, treatment worked wonders , had tried over the counter treatments before going to this podiatry but none of them worked. Treatment from podiatrist worked very well. Staff very patient and professional. Took time to ensure I understood what I had been told and explain how my foot was improving. Would definitely recommend.
