Jon is our 'go-to' person whenever we need a plumber. Excellent service and fantastic in an emergency. I would trust him with any job.
Having phoned Jon for a boiler repair, he promptly came round and surveyed the job then advised me of the issues with it. I was offered the option of going for a repair, which would only be so effective due to the age and general condition of the boiler, or having a replacement.
