Everyone was very nice and did a great job. I loved that you guys explained to me more of what was going on with my gums and how to better take care of my mouth!! The sunglasses were also a nice touch
I always have a great experience with J&D Dental. The wait time is short, staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the procedures are comfortable. The team is smart, efficient and thoughtful.
Really excellent service at my recent visit, as has always been the case over the many years I have been a patient. Cleaning my teeth is usually somewhat challenging, I am guessing, because my oral hygiene isn't that good, and because I have a very small mouth. But my hygienist was - as always - pleasant, efficient, non-shaming (beyond what I deserved) - and, I believe, very skilled. Temp dentist scared the hell out of me. When I left I felt like my teeth were falling apart.
Very friendly staff, and non-intimidating. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was grateful they didn’t judge me. Dental assistant spent a lot of time with me and I rescheduled to see the same one next time!
Great experience as a new patient. I called J&D Dental and the receptionist was able to fit me in at a convenient time for my schedule. As a new patient, I felt that the facility was very nice (even the magazine's were up to day!) easy to find, and convenient for me as I already work downtown. I did not have to wait, was greeted and treated very kindly. Dr. Herbert was thorough and explained everything to me. Would recommend.
Every one was great. Patricia was very helpful to get me in for the emergency that i was experiencing. Nathalie also was great in helping me with my anxiety that i have. The person with the needle very nice until she stuck me with the needle. Doctor was very professional with explaining what was going to happen. And the other receptionist explained the insurance billing very well so I would understand. So i would have to say i found my Dentist.
