Temp dentist scared the hell out of me. When I left I felt like my teeth were falling apart.
Very friendly staff, and non-intimidating. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was grateful they didn’t judge me. Dental assistant spent a lot of time with me and I rescheduled to see the same one next time!
Great experience as a new patient. I called J&D Dental and the receptionist was able to fit me in at a convenient time for my schedule. As a new patient, I felt that the facility was very nice (even the magazine's were up to day!) easy to find, and convenient for me as I already work downtown. I did not have to wait, was greeted and treated very kindly. Dr. Herbert was thorough and explained everything to me. Would recommend.
Every one was great. Patricia was very helpful to get me in for the emergency that i was experiencing. Nathalie also was great in helping me with my anxiety that i have. The person with the needle very nice until she stuck me with the needle. Doctor was very professional with explaining what was going to happen. And the other receptionist explained the insurance billing very well so I would understand. So i would have to say i found my Dentist.
I ENJOY my dental appointments! I know most people don't like going to the dentist, but I can say I look forward to seeing my dentist!
I always look forward to my appointments at J & D. The entire staff is stellar and so very helpful & thorough. I would and will highly recommend J & D Dental to anybody I know.
Came in for a routine cleaning but came back that afternoon to take care of a filling detected when x-rays were taken during the cleaning. Not what I had planned ofr that day but glady ou could take care of it in one day.
J&D Dental provides exceptional services, professional staff and a congenial atmosphere. When my friends talk about their dentists, I recommend they change and see the awesome staff at J&D!
The dental hygenist and Dr. Tracy were very thorough.
