Do NOT go to this dental office. I was scheduled for two teeth cleaning appointments. I attempted to reschedule one today and upon asking about my insurance coverage and due to my schedule changing, the receptionist Amanda, refused to see if I could reschedule my appointment and said “because it getting close to the end of the year” they wouldn’t be able to reschedule. She could have given me the next available appointment time regardless if it would be months out or not (which I completely understand especially with dentist... read more

I am sorry to hear you had a less than satisfactory experience with a member of my staff. We do have strict policies in place regarding rescheduling appointments. Those polices are put in place by me, the owner, as a way to accommodate the busy downtown crowd. I feel there was a lack of communication and a misunderstanding and for that I apologize.
