I hadn't been to the dentist in five years before going to J&D but the staff are all so welcoming and non-judgemental. It makes it easy to keep going back. They do a great job at cleaning and communicating the facts. Jackie is a great hygienist! She always remember me and my husband and has a great knack of asking questions and carrying on conversation when your she isn't cleaning your mouth.
Love the people at J & D Dental! They are so friendly and kind. My husband and I have been patients since the beginning—Dr. Herbert is great.

I just had a pretty normal visit to Dr. Herbert and her excellent crew. I had X-rays and cleaning, followed by a small filling. Sarah, my hygienist, was super friendly and efficient in doing the cleaning and X-rays. She explained what she was doing, offered me options, etc. Also, while we chatted amiably about travel and work and such during the first part of the visit, she left me alone with my thoughts during the last half of the work. The appointment was on time as scheduled. The personnel was very attentive and engaging. It's always a pleasant experience.
Always professional, attentive and responsive to any questions. Take pride in their profession and have never had any issues that needed more than one visit to resolve.
Great efficient dental visit. Thorough cleaning, which I really appreciate. Friendly staff. Only opportunity is more time with the dentist, but if it is not necessary to have more time with the dentist than that's a good thing.
