Everyone is caring and helpful. They make sure you understand what they are doing, and what your treatment plan and options are. They also embrace technology-- from being able to listen to your choice of music from your phone/mp3 player, to having appointment reminders that go right to your online calendar.
Always a wonderful, friendly and helpful service. We live abroad and the team is amazing with communication and helping us fit in appointments that work around our schedule. Precise and very professional appointments. A great experience every time. Highly recommend.

The staff are all super friendly and make it easy and comfortable for those that don't like coming to the dentist. They are willing to answer questions you have about what they are doing. They are also very efficient and get the service done in the allotted time. I was recommended to this office by a colleague and am glad I was.

Dr. Herbert and all staff at J&D Dental are very professional. I first contacted them in 2016, when I needed an emergency appointment. I would not go elsewhere.
I had a very tricky front tooth crown that needed to match the other front teeth veneers I had gotten about 6 years ago by a different dentist. I was worried about the cosmetic match (color, mold, size) and the fit for biting. Dr. Herbert was able to contact the lab that had originally done the work and we ended up with not only a perfect match, but also a solid tooth for biting.
