Terrible! Asked for information about a car and the sales person started to scream at me and said "how am I supposed to know anything?"

This is Jeff Chandler, the owner of the dealership.Nobody at our dealership received a call from "Steve" at any time, so I don't know why he would post this.Obviously, our customers are extremely important to us, and we would never respond with a comment such at that. We appreciate the business of our loyal customers greatly.
While I didn't purchase the vehicle, the dealer was responsive, honest, and made me feel comfortable with purchasing an auto from this dealership. Would recommend to anyone.
