Response was good. No Hidden chargers. Overall the dealer was excellent to buy car .
He responded quickly but did not offer financing, overall he was not rude and I'm sure it would've been a nice experience.
Oleg good to work with , fair value for vehicles but they need to hire receptionist to at least field calls and provide more professional service since only he and his partner makes for small window to be on lot.
Oleg was very good to work with and responsive to my requests. He didn't pressure me and encouraged me to get an independent inspection of the vehicle which checked out well. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle that I ended up purchasing and was professional

I understood there was a deposit however that was not my issue had you read my initial review. I am not unhappy that I did not get the car. As I purchased a car last weekend locally. I stand by my review that the dealings are sketchy based on my numerous phone calls about the vehicle. The story kept changing about the car and its condition and when people would show up to get the car. Please have your employee stop contacting me about my review. Unfortunately, we had a deposit on the vehicle and had to honor that customer's purchase, which took a few days for their financing.Stephanie's claims about the Carfax are simply not true - she has never met us in person - she is evidently upset that she didn't get the car and is responding with a bad review - we do our best to make all customers happy, but sometimes people miss out on a vehicle and are unhappy.Jeff Chandler
